We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Rogers, Arkansas someone who will work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly and monthly reporting, and the month-end close for multiple entities.

Key Job Duties For This Role Include:

• Monitor G/L accounts, perform month-end close activities, and ensure accuracy of month-end reporting.

• Generate Journal Entries and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations.

• Support the month-end close and consolidation of multiple entities.

• Process and review accounts payable activity, including vendor invoice coding, purchase order matching, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

• Support accounts receivable activity, including customer invoicing, cash application, and reconciling customer ledgers.

• Support inventory accounting, including tracking inventory movements, reconciling physical counts to the general ledger, and researching and resolving discrepancies.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for Finance and business partners.

• Identify and research variances between actuals and budget/forecast.

• Act as the day-to-day liaison between Finance and functional areas of the Company.

Youll Really Wow Us If:

• Youve got 3 to 5 years of Accounting Experience.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

• Experience with month-end close, and exposure to multi-entity consolidations is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience working in an ERP system.

• Strong attention to details and accuracy.

• Meet firm deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Experience in Financial and Managerial accounting.

• Experience in agriculture, food production, or a related industry is a plus.

• Highly efficient and organized self-starter who does not need to be over managed.
