Dental Office Manager

Job Summary Ideal Dental seeks a Dental Office Manager to oversee day‑to‑day office operations, manage patient service, foster team morale, administer staff schedules, and produce operational reports. You will support the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive office efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and team coordination. Resolve patient service issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Lead, mentor, and develop the dental team, driving collaboration and performance. Build and maintain a supportive work environment. Develop and manage staff schedules, balancing coverage with availability. Audit patient accounts for accuracy and billing integrity. Present treatment plans, supporting patients in financial decisions. Compile daily and monthly performance reports and analyze key metrics. Assist with integration of newly acquired DeNovo offices, including travel as required. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience; dental experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven leadership and motivation abilities.
