SUMMARY:

This full-time positionis responsible forachieving sales goals andobjectivesthrough effective selling, merchandising, servicing, and completing other related sales duties.This position supervises store merchandising and ensures all accounts are satisfied and properly servicedon a regular basis. This position is alsoresponsible formanagingand expandingbusiness relationships withaccounts,implementingstrategyandsales plansfor overall business development, sales, and account management. Located in and around the Prescott, AZ area.

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (One hour lunch). Weekends as needed(business needs). Thepositionis responsible forwriting orders forsetaccountseachdayby the deadlineset by management. Once orders are in,Account Managersare responsible forextra duties including but not limitedto:Buildingdisplays, selling in extra items, rotatingproducts, placing price tags, ordering POS, and placing/installing POS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase distribution of all products and packages Secure the best possible selling position for our products Responsible for ensuring all shelves/racks/displays are full and rotated every sales visit Responsible forutilizingsales tools to keepaccurateinventory of all products inside each account Writeaccurateorders to ensure no overstock or out-of-stock situations Sell-in permanent, temporary, and promotional secondary displays Ensure that discounts are used effectively to increase sales Solicit placement of marketing equipment for exclusive use of Nackard Pepsi products Identifyandsolicitlost, inactive,or potential new accounts on assigned route Notifymanagementof all new account opportunities,so they canassistin securing the new account if needed Maintain and increase shelf facings for all Nackard Pepsi products Display all Nackard Pepsi products by brand according to the vertical stacking concept and current standards Utilize Point-of-Purchase materials to stimulate sales Report service issues using the correct tools Place andmaintainallPOSmaterial Identifyand handle any close-dated products per P.Q.I. policy Communicate merchandising instructions to merchandisers Make sure all “selling tools” are in the sales vehicle(personal car) Follow correct check-out procedures Drive vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulations Must be able to lift product weighing asmuch as55 pounds Attend all sales meetings Complete various other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thispositionhas no supervisory responsibilitiesbutis responsible fordirecting merchandising staff in stores.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (BA) fromafour-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experiencenot necessary, but preferred. Computer skillsrequired:Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Inventory Software(VIP); Order Processing Systems(VIP); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook);andPresentation software (PowerPoint). Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills. Working knowledge of industry product information. Demonstrated ability to create sales results and sell services in a complex environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
