AP Specialist

AP Specialist Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or high-volume AP environments
• Prior manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure

AP Specialist Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily processing of vendor invoices ensuring timely payments
• Match invoices with purchase orders accurately
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Reconcile credit card statements and company expenses
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Maintain complete and accurate vendor master records
• Assist with AP reporting, month-end reconciliations, and audits
• Collaborate with team members on daily financial operations
