This healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical (MS) nurse for a temporary assignment on a 12-hour night shift basis. The role involves providing pre- and post-operative bedside care for patients undergoing orthopedic, spine, trauma, neuro-surgery, and general surgery procedures, within an adult inpatient acute and telemetry unit. Job Details: Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Active RN license; 2 years of current nursing experience; dysrhythmia management skills; BLS certification. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system and previous travel assignments preferred. Orientation sessions occur on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Responsibilities: Delivering comprehensive surgical and bedside care to adult patients with diverse surgical backgrounds, supporting multiple levels of care within the unit, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
