Location:Remote in AL,Fl, GA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI, WV This Role: We are looking for a HR Professional to help supportour PracticeManagement Client Groups toensure efficientadministration of Human Resourcespracticesincludingonboarding,wage/benefit administration,federal/statecomplianceand the execution of employee relations activities in support ofclientcompany businessobjectives; provide administrativeand recruitingsupport to Human Resources Department as needed. Key Responsibilities: Onboardingand Retention Conduct background screeningsforallclientemploymentpositions Conduct employee surveys as needed Perform E-Verify process on new hires within 3 days of hire Employee Relations Maintain open communication withclient leadership to support HR initiatives Respond toclient/employee issues,concernsand complaintstimlyandin accordance withclientcompany policies,proceduresand standardsas well as Federal,Stateand local laws Conduct investigations as requestedby client andin accordance withclient company policy Appropriately communicate employee issues withSVP PracticeManagement and Client leadership Training Participate indevelopmentandfaclitationofclientcompany training programs Administration Asrequested, develop,reviseand communicateclientcompany documents, policies,proceduresand standards as they apply to Human Resources Assistwith complianceof clientcompany policies,andprocedures,withrespect toFederal,Stateand local laws Assistwithclientcompany’s workers’ compensation andrespond tounemployment claims processesincludingall insurancecoverage renewal process Communicateclientemployee benefits asrequired Administer benefitsin accordance withclientcompany policy Respond to all benefit inquiries ina timelyand well documentedmanner Assistwith maintenance ofclientemployee and contractor files Reviewclient payroll practices Advise on potential compliance risks Notifyclientand provide/suggesttraining as needed Ensureclients areadvised of best practice solutions and approaches Legal Ensureclientcompliance with alllocal,stateand federal requirements including FMLA, ADA, Data Privacy and HIPAA Coordinate any activity and work with outside legal counsel on matters requiring review. Act as a resource in support of Logix HR initiativesas Practice management duties allow.Examples include: Assistin document management and thetransitionto a paperlessprocesses Develop Analytics for HR using Rippling data and other sources for executives and other leaders at Logix.Development ofadditionalreports and dashboards will be the output of this task. Assistin othercompleting2026 projects for Logix HRacross theorganization in support of the rest of the Logix HR Team. Threeyearsrelated experiencerequiredin HR supporting onsite and remote populations.Experience supportingdiverse levels of professionals with a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of HR.
