Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations

iRhythm seeks a Senior Director to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, operations, and modernization across cloud, networking, data centers, and security. The role ensures resilient, secure, and scalable technology foundations supporting 24/7 clinical operations, manufacturing, and expanding AI capabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business, clinical, data, and AI objectives
• Build and lead high-performing infrastructure teams across cloud, network, operations, and managed services
• Own multi-cloud strategy, platform engineering, and modernization from on-premises to cloud
• Design secure hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity with network segmentation and Zero Trust alignment
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with FDA, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO standards and audit readiness

Requirements

• 15+ years infrastructure leadership experience, including cloud, networking, and operations roles
• Proven expertise in multi-cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Deep knowledge of network design, security infrastructure, and Zero Trust principles
• Experience with regulated environments (FDA, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and computer system validation
• Strong financial acumen and FinOps practice implementation
• Executive leadership and cross-functional partnership skills
