Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience or interest in outpatient adult population focused on occupational medicine and workplace injuries.
• Clinical skills in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention, and delivering patient education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Experience using or willingness to train on Prognosis EMR.
• Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Role Details and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient physical therapy for adults with work-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Provide patient education, home exercise programs, and guidance for safe return to work and injury prevention, including ergonomic recommendations.
• Coordinate care with on-site chiropractor and other team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Prognosis EMR and meet productivity expectations for outpatient volume.
