Accounting Associate

Real Estate & Property Management company - Royal Oak area Small, friendly dedicated team - $28-30 per hour Search by Harper Associates Accounting & Property Administration Seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide accounting, financial, property, and administrative support. Responsibilities: Assist with tax workpapers, 1099s, K-1s, management fee calculations, and financial reporting Track K-1s, fees, bank charges, reimbursements, and partnership distributions Process contractor payments and maintain accounting and investment records Support property tax, lease, tenant, and legal/compliance administration Prepare tenant notices, work orders, lease reports, and property tracking reports Maintain investment documentation, cash flow schedules, and Access databases Assist with charitable contributions, document management, office supplies, and special projects Qualifications: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Access experience preferred Experience in accounting, property administration, investments, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Harper Associates Llc
