Manufacturing Maintenance ManagerThe Manufacturing Maintenance Manager directs all preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repairs across the production floor to guarantee seamless manufacturing operations. In addition, this leader oversees general facility upkeep and structural maintenance.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and foster professional growth for all maintenance team membersSource, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with external service vendorsEnsure all facility operations strictly comply with relevant codes and regulatory standardsEstablish and oversee the comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) calendar for machineryTriage, prioritize, and delegate daily maintenance work orders based on operational urgencyManage accurate documentation of all maintenance workflows and logs using MaintainXOptimize the operational performance of all mechanical and electrical systems through proactive inspection and servicingExecute hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs on production machineryHandle facility and HVAC upkeep as requiredDiagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions to identify root causesOversee the installation of incoming machinery alongside ongoing mechanical repairsInterpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to ensure proper servicingMaintain strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and mitigate potential floor hazardsCommunicate daily status reports and corrective action timelines via QDIP to the Production ManagerExecute additional responsibilities and projects as requestedEducation & ExperienceDemonstrated leadership or supervisory background5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing maintenance environmentValid Electrician certification or equivalent practical expertiseRelevant technical degree is considered an advantageNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
