Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Eureka, KS. This position will involve working night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM on a rotating block schedule of 36/48 hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Assist in various medical procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Kansas.
IV certification is preferred.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Facility Information:

This position is within a skilled nursing facility with a typical census of 45 residents. The facility usually has one nurse present in the building during the night shift.
