Senior Litigation Paralegal

Full-Time | Colorado (Hybrid Eligible)

A busy trial litigation practice is seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience handling both Colorado state and federal cases. This role requires someone experienced with eDiscovery and supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
• Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
• Maintain organized case records and calendars

Qualifications:

• Proven background in complex litigation
• Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery and case management software

Hybrid Schedule

Salary: Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $125,000
