We are seeking an experienced and licensed Behavioral Health Clinic Manager / Site Manager to oversee the clinical and operational functions of its outpatient clinic in Chapel Hill, NC. This leadership role combines clinical supervision, staff management, operational oversight, quality assurance, and program development. The Clinic Manager will serve as the primary site leader, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, person-centered behavioral health services while supporting staff performance, program growth, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight for outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment services.
• Supervise clinical staff and support development of treatment plans, assessments, care coordination, and documentation quality.
• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic to ensure efficient workflows and service delivery.
• Manage clinic scheduling, staffing coordination, productivity expectations, and site performance metrics.
• Recruit, mentor, supervise, and retain high-performing behavioral health staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to employee coaching and professional development.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience within behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or community mental health settings.
• Active North Carolina licensure in one of the following:

1. LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
2. LCMHC - Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
3. LCAS - Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist

• Experience supervising clinical staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health services, substance use treatment, Medicaid-funded programs, and regulatory compliance.
