### Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists!

Job Description:


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
- Requirements:
- Work holiday shifts (Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Weekend availability
- No on-call duty


- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic treatment therapy
- Administer aerosolized medications via various methods (Oral Inhalation, EZPAP, IPPB, MDI)
- Provide chest physiotherapy (CPT) and incentive spirometry
- Deliver oxygen therapy and CPAP/BiPAP therapy
- Conduct arteriocentesis


- Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Travel experience preferred; local candidates accepted at the same rate


- Certifications Required:
- RRT certification (CRT not accepted)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Valid license to practice in the state of TN at submission

- Technical Skills:
- Epic experience within the last 18 months required
- Skills in adult critical care, aerosol setup, intubation assistance, and more
- Proficient in interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs) and managing tracheostomy care

- Facility Information:
- Interdisciplinary support from various teams (IV, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, etc.)
- Diverse patient demographics: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics

- Orientation and Training:
- 36 hours of orientation required; additional 10 hours of unbillable orientation if Epic test out is failed

- Submittal Requirements:
- SSN and DOB needed at submission
- All RTO disclosed upfront; no additional RTO after submission
- Two supervisory references required
- Clear documentation of Epic experience on profile
