Senior Scrum Master (Data Platform)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple data-focused teams. This role requires a strong background in managing Scrum teams within data platform and operations environments, along with expertise in scaling Agile practices.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience working with data platforms and operations teams (MANDATORY).
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification – REQUIRED
• Kanban – REQUIRED
• Jira – REQUIRED
• Experience setting up sprint cadences, Agile frameworks, and team processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and support 3–4 Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Coordinate and support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Support and help centralize Scrum Master practices across the organization.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with data analytics portfolios.
• Familiarity with modern and legacy data ecosystems, including:
• Data warehouses
• Power BI
• Databricks
• Snowflake
• Azure
