Lead Product Marketing Manager

You'll turn a growing product roadmap into launches that land, messaging that sticks, and an upsell motion that moves revenue. Your focus: help customers understand what's new in the core e-billing platform, and bring new solutions to market with sharp positioning, clear narratives, and enablement that makes Sales and CS effective. In the next 6–12 months, that means building an upsell motion for new matter and vendor management solutions and shifting market perception from "single tool" to "enterprise management platform." You’ll get clear outcomes and real autonomy - you define the initiatives, tactics, and measures to get there. What you'll own Launch execution for major releases and beta-to-GA capabilities Positioning and messaging that corporate legal teams immediately understand Platform narrative across the website, including high-impact pages like platform overview and customer stories A repeatable launch framework: briefs, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and customer comms Upsell and cross-sell programs that drive expansion revenue across the customer lifecycle Sales and customer-facing assets: one-pagers, decks, ROI narratives, case studies, competitive materials Cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing GTM strategy informed by customer insights, usage data, and market research About you 5+ years as a PMM in B2B SaaS - specialist, not generalist A proven playbook for bringing products and major capabilities to market Strong messaging instincts: you can say three paragraphs of value in five sentences Experience driving adoption, upsell, and pipeline within an existing customer base Bonus: legal tech, fintech, or other niche B2B background Why this role You’re not inheriting a mature machine. You’re building the operating system for how product marketing gets done: the launch process, the enablement rhythm, the way the website tells the story, and the programs that turn existing customers into expansion revenue.
