Automotive Diagnostic Technician (Up to $6,000 Bonus)

Job Overview We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Responsibilities Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and vehicle climate control systems such as ACs and heater cores. Pay Range $25–$39 hourly Schedule Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Work is performed in a fast‑paced production environment. Qualifications Must have at least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to extreme weather conditions. Must use safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, and masks. Must pass a complete background check; no visa sponsorship available.
