Property Manager – Multifamily Community
Tampa, FL
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing multifamily team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, property management experience, and the ability to drive occupancy while providing excellent resident relations. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention
- Supervise onsite staff including leasing and maintenance teams
- Handle resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage budgets, invoices, rent collections, and delinquency reports
- Utilize Yardi software for property operations and reporting
- Ensure property compliance and company policies are maintained
- Coordinate vendors and monitor property performance
Qualifications:
- Previous Property Manager experience required
- Multifamily/apartment industry experience required
- Yardi experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, leasing, and resident relations
- Reliable transportation required
