About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, advancing key priorities, coordinating complex initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will also work closely with the Dean and college leadership to align the strategic planning process, manage large-scale projects, and foster a high-performing work culture. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong background in senior administrative or managerial roles. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels. Strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic planning are essential.
