About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Administration in Student Life to serve as a key divisional leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the division's administrative strategy, resource alignment, and operational effectiveness. This role involves providing vision and leadership for the division's administrative operating model, aligning financial and workforce planning with institutional and divisional priorities, and strengthening systems and accountability across administrative functions. The AVP will also lead through strategy, coordination, and oversight, and will be expected to have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as experience in organizational design and operational transformation. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President for Administration in Student Life at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading large, complex organizational functions, strong executive-level communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The AVP will be expected to have advanced knowledge of financial and human resources strategy, and the ability to manage risk and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment. Professional certifications such as CPA, SHRM-SCP, or Project Management certification are also preferred. The position demands a strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution and who is adept at fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across administrative functions.
