APEXON/Client Business System Analyst Berkeley Heights, NJ (100% onsite) 6+ months Pay Rate: $65/hr on C2C Payment's, Banking/ Financial experience is must.

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you are expected to be an advanced professional in the systems & process design and implementation space. Sr. Business Systems Analyst will solicit, understand, and document the business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. You will also work with developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to the developers building those functions, and work with the QA team to test the developed functionality. This role works closely with other Client, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and also demonstrates both existing and new functionality to the customer stakeholders. This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions. As an experienced analyst, you will be responsible for recommending and instituting business analysis best practice, tools and methodology towards standardization of BA deliverables and procedures and collaborating with Development and QA Leads to uphold and improve Agile processes.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Lead, facilitate and document functional processes and dialog flows
• Analysis and documentation of features, epics, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and other use case modeling techniques and methods
• Leading Refinement sessions, reviewing request/response and creating OAS for APIs using SwaggerHub
• Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master and to capture business needs, features and user stories to be prioritized based on business impact and complexity
• Work with Technical Lead and Developers describing epics, features and user stories to be developed including acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Product Owner to ensure all business needs are met, including project objectives, expected results and business impact
• Work closely with Scrum Master to assist with backlog grooming, user stories management and prioritization of features based on release
• Analyzing and coordinating business activities and operational resources for various large Information Technology projects using Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in requirement gathering and analysis, validation, business requirements specifications and functional specifications, lead JAD sessions, use cases, and data flows
• Srong knowledge and working experience with Open API Specs using tools like SwaggerHub
• Creating required project artifacts, including but not limited to Business Requirements Documents ("BRD") and Functional Specification Documents ("FSD") as well as supporting documentation, such as process flows and/or data mapping

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 4+ years in data analysis using SQL/No-SQL, RDBMS (Oracle/Sql Server)
• 2+ years in programming languages such as Java, Python
• 2+ years in creating OAS, reviewing, updating using SwaggerHub
• Proficiency in data governance, data mining and Data analysis
• 4 year college degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and AgileYes
