Business Analyst

Job TitleEducation: BA or BS degree; preferred. System experience desired: Create, execute and/or approve UAT test scripts for system upgrade, bug fixes and enhancements. Support the creation, review and approval of validation documents. Contribute to training materials to include new integration items. Create simple data and system presentations for business audience. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders. Experience/Knowledge desired: Required extensive business requirement documentation experience Knowledge of salesforce.com preferred. Knowledge of business rules and business logic creation Strong critical thinking to analyze complex situations and discern critical issues. Knowledge in computer system management or validation experience Knowledge of the different phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to work with a range of technically and business diverse people to attain desired results. Ability to effectively communicate and document requirements with text, process workflows and simple data flows. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 Suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Visio) or Mural Knowledge of MS SharePoint Online desired Knowledge on various databases such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP is desired. Familiarity with IT system roll-out preferred.
