Our business is growing, and we're looking for reliable, motivated people who want to learn and grow with us.We are conveniently located just six miles off I-85 on Blacksburg Rd (198), between Grover and Shelby.What You'll Do:This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including:Pulling and preparing customer ordersPackaging lumber and preparing shipmentsOperating a forkliftOperating woodworking machinery such as planers, sanders, shapers, rip saws, and upcut sawsStocking and organizing warehouse materialsAssisting with general labor and other tasks as neededWorking with team members to ensure orders are accurate and completed efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic measurementsMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical laborGood attention to detail and a commitment to safetyAble to work well with others and communicate professionallyPrevious experience with woodworking, carpentry, millwork, manufacturing, machinery, or forklifts is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personSchedule:Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMOccasional seasonal overtime and Saturday half-days may be required.Pay & Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.Full-time benefits are available after a 90-day introductory period and include:Paid vacation, sick time, and holidaysMedical, dental, and vision benefitsEmployment is contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screening.If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
