Regional Banker/Teller

Position Overview As a Regional Banker/Teller in PNC's Dallas North Region, you will be based in Allen, TX. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage the customer experience by improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Conduct proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral and social proof opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with each client to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and maintaining heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
