This role is for a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC’s Dallas North Region, based in Frisco, TX. Bilingual Spanish language skills are preferred. Job Description Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. Lead proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Deliver full PNC conversations to recommend appropriate solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to grow relationships. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and tools. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues. Manage risk by adhering to policies and exercising sound judgment. Maintain efficient and accurate teller and branch operations. Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing and create loyalty. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, owner engagement, and appointment setting. Position PNC products to meet client needs and expand share of wallet. Use ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on financial transaction options and technology tools. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems promptly. Maintain risk management by following all policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Candidates should have related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 1+ year of related experience, or a comparable combination of education, work experience, military service, and certifications.
