You do not need to come from the insurance industry to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, comfortable communicating with customers, and ready to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, or other people-focused roles can translate well into this opportunity. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing the skills to build a successful insurance career, with opportunities to grow into leadership and potentially pursue agency ownership in the future.
