This is a try/buy position -3 to 6 months as a consultant

Location: Monroe Township, NJ.
On-site 5 days a week.
We're looking for a dependable and hands-on Level 1 Help Desk Technician to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you'll provide basic technical support for warehouse staff, including resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all systems run smoothly to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets, calls, or walk-ups from warehouse and back office staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, handheld scanners, label printers, and network connectivity
- Assist with setting up and configuring devices including PCs, tablets, and RF guns
- Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment in the warehouse
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or IT management as needed
- Ensure minimal downtime for equipment critical to warehouse operations
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support with a strong focus on customer service
- 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, printers, handheld devices, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and move around the warehouse as needed
- A+ Certification or related is a plus
