• Substitute Bus Driver (CDL Driver's License required, Training is available)

• Substitute Van Drivers ( no special license needed, Clean Driver's License)

• Substitute Transportation Aides (no driving involved)

Long-term and per diem (by the day) assignments available

• Flexible days

• 4-5 hours per day

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be sure all students are secure in their seatbelts/wheelchairs.

• Aides help the Bus Driver maintain a clean bus for everyone.

• Maintaining good student conduct on the bus.

• Assures that students get on and off the bus in an orderly fashion

• Other job-related duties as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor

Full Job Description ( Certification/License:All positions - Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) which includes Fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education Bus Driver- CDL with School Bus Endorsement Education: GED or Highschool diplomaExperience: No experience is required but working with young and speical needs students is helpful.Live and Work in the Biddeford, Maine Community
