Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a comfortable and focused work environment from your own home. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office as needed for team collaborations, trainings, and client consultations. • Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and empathetic group sessions that encourage participants to connect, share experiences, and foster a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions, where you'll explore each client’s unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to closely track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will have the opportunity to foster hope, help clients overcome personal hurdles, and empower them towards achieving and maintaining lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current LPCC licensure in the state of California is required.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients who present with mental health or mood disorders in either inpatient or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative spirit, passionate about contributing to a team-based approach to mental health treatment.

• Strong clinical skills, especially in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as meticulous documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who have additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy, or specialized pediatric interventions. Experience with mental health treatment in a remote setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
