About Our Client

Our client is a leading global law firm seeking a Pricing Manager to help shape how it prices its work and structures client relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with attorneys to develop pricing strategies, fee proposals, and budgets.
Design and evaluate alternative fee arrangements.
Analyze matter profitability, historical data, and market benchmarks.
Support rate-setting and client rate negotiations.
Track matter performance against budgets and recommend adjustments.
Build tools, templates, and reporting to improve pricing consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
