Product Manager

Marketing ManagerBioStem Technologies is a leading medical technology company focused on advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. We develop and commercialize placental tissue allografts, cutting-edge wound care products, and surgical solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes.The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can independently lead project teams to develop and implement strategic upstream and downstream marketing initiatives for our portfolio of Placental Tissue products in the Advanced Wound Care market segment. This individual must have extensive commercial experience in sales and/or marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing. Primary responsibilities are:Lead implementation of all strategic marketing initiatives for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio of productsEstablish a highly differentiated portfolio of products with brands that contain clear brand identity/presence, positioning and value propositionsDevelop and implement creative & impactful marketing campaigns for all brands in the portfolio that engage customers and differentiate from competitive products in the target marketWork collaboratively with R&D to develop needed clinical data and evidence for the portfolio to support successful market penetration and share gainWork collaboratively with Sales Leadership to develop aligned GTM tactics and promotional campaignsLead execution of all product development, market research and pricing tacticsDevelop and implement innovative ways to connect with target audiences (social media, etc.) & increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platformsDirect analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer testing of both current of future commercialization tacticsAttend conferences, meetings, conventions, in order to stay current on market trends and new researchCreate and adhere to marketing budgetsRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or scientific discipline; MBA preferredExperience: 4-7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales; 7+ years of experience for Senior title3-5 years of portfolio brand management that included annual business planning development1-3 years of sales experience preferredExtensive experience/knowledge in marketing products to Surgeons for use in the ORExperience/knowledge with CTPs and/or skin substitute wound care technologies utilized to treat acute/complex wounds in the ORExperience in new product development (market research, business case development, etc.)Personally responsible for launching 3-5 products during his/her careerProven dynamic leadership and project management skillsStrategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumenA passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAdept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasksAbility to travel up to 20% overnightIn addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:Opportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and supportive work environment401K plan with employer matchMajor medical insuranceCompany paid dental and vision insuranceCompany paid holidays and paid time offEmployee recognition programs and eventsBioStem Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
