We are looking for talented team members with drive, ideas, and a passion for helping our customers succeed to shape the future of S.I.N. 360 The Staff Accountant is an mid level position that will work with our internal and external accounting team to complete assignments within the A/R, A/P and general accounting functions.

The staff accountant will report to the Controller and work with the team to analyze and reconcile accounts while following accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

The ideal candidate possesses an accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity, and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Journal Entries
• Period End Close Duties
• Reconciliations Bank, Credit Card, Balance Sheets
• Assist in providing follow up and documentation of significant variances.
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Posting and Research
• Sales Tax Filings
• Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in in accounting
• 3year relevant experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QuickBooks Enterprise
Desired Qualifications:
• Inventory Management and Reconciliation
• Fishbowl Inventory Management
• Power BI familiarity
• Sales Tax Reconciliation
