Physical Therapist

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient clinic. You’ll work directly with patients to help them improve mobility, manage pain, and regain strength after injury or physical setbacks. The schedule is consistent, and the patient flow allows you to focus on each session without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to patient needs
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Guide patients through exercises and functional movement
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
• Experience preferred but not required
