Adheres to image-specific policies related to quality and safety established by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and regulatory and accreditation governing bodies. Demonstrates analytical skills required for determining technical factors for proper exposure levels. Practical knowledge of various DR fixed and portable imaging equipment as well as computer skills including PACS and RIS. Provides medical administrative support, including registering incoming patients needing Pediatric Urgent Care services. Takes vital signs and rooms patients promptly and efficiently. Efficiently turns patient rooms over for the next patient. Performs point-of-care testing, as ordered by the provider. At end of shift, leaves area ready for the next patient day. Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team to optimize workflow and efficiency of the Urgent Care Clinic. Qualifications Satisfactory completion of a Radiography program from an AMA-accredited Radiography program. Florida State Radiography License. ARRT registered. Current Basic Life Support, AHA certification. Location: 12220 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL Shift: Evening Shift; 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM on weekdays; 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM on weekends. Schedule can vary based on the needs of the department. Status: Limited (20 hours per week) Salary Range: Minimum $25.32/hour - Maximum $40.52/hour.
