Data Analytics Manager

Leading the delivery of data integration and analytics solutions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Hub Manager will enhance audit efficiency by developing curated datasets, self-service dashboards, and scalable analytics capabilities while mentoring a team of Senior Data Analysts. Key responsibilities Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the GIA Data Analytics Hub roadmap, prioritizing high-value projects for audit teams Maintain data integrations from enterprise systems, ensuring data quality and availability for audit analytics Design parameter-driven Tableau dashboards to enable self-service audit planning, testing, and reporting capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering plans within Internal Audit or Risk Management Proficiency in integrating and managing data from multiple sources using SQL, APIs, and other methods Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python Cloud platform experience, preferably with AWS
