Residential Electrician – Sales & Service

Electra Solutions LLC | Raleigh–Durham (Triangle Area), NC Full-Time | $50,000 – $100,000 per year | Health, Dental & Vision + PTO

About the Role

Electra Solutions LLC is a growing residential electrical company serving homeowners across the Raleigh–Durham Triangle. We're looking for an experienced Residential Electrician who is just as comfortable diagnosing and fixing a service issue as they are recommending the right solution to a homeowner. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a pro who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and knows how to build the kind of trust that turns a service call into the next project.

If you know residential service and construction inside and out — panels, EV chargers, and everyday installs — and you have the personality to sell the value of doing the job right, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
• Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, device replacements, lighting installs, generator work, EV charger installations, and general service and construction installs
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems efficiently and safely
• Perform electrical safety evaluations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest repair and upgrade options
• Drive add-on sales by educating customers on safety, code, and value — no pressure, just solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards
• Represent Electra Solutions with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For

• Residential service experience preferred
• Experience with panel upgrades, EV charger installs, and general service and install work
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to present options and close work at the point of service
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship
• Attention to detail
• Must pass a background check and drug test
