Salary: $143,400 - 143,400 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require 2+ years of non-internship experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
• We require 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related technical role.
• We require 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• We require 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
• We require a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• We require experience programming in at least one software language.
• Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Preferred: bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.

• We develop software systems and deliver them successfully to customers, especially solutions that reduce operational overhead, support data center deployment, and provide metrics for large-scale networks.
• We apply strong knowledge of data path optimization, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis to build software features and functionality.
• We follow best practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, test automation, and operations.
• We communicate with other technical teams and management to gather requirements, explain software behavior, and create technical designs.
• We join daily standups to align on current work.
• We spend focused time writing code.
• We meet with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate input into our plans.
• We collect metrics and telemetry to assess platform performance.
• We write design proposals for new features for collaborative review.
