Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible Full‑time schedules: 9:30 am‑6:00 pm weekdays, weekends until 5:00 pm Full‑time benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending) after 20+ hours worked Company‑paid life and accidental death insurance, vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses available for property managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside a facility Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits; perform daily business accounting Maintain customer payment status and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 lb Walk throughout facilities, spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal Qualifications Experience: Customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation: Valid driver’s license; use own vehicle for travel between work locations and property visits (mileage reimbursement available).
