Accounting and Revenue Specialist

Department: Business Services
Reports to: Staff Accountant
Term: 12 Month Position
Full Time: 40 hours per week


Position Summary :
The Accounting and Revenue Specialist performs a variety of accounting and financial activities including processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information and providing instructions and recommendations to other personnel.

Skill In:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Verbal and written communication and maintaining rapport and composure with parents, students, staff, and the general public.

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Associate's degree (or higher degree) or professional training in business or secretarial courses.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Three years of bookkeeping experience involving clerical/secretarial duties preferred.
• Business background preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
