• Salary: $75 - 80k Per year (Depending on Experience)
• Location: Dayton, NJ
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 430am - 130pm
• Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment; Experience with operations oversight including metrics and KPI review

Summary

The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required

• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
