- Deliver quality care to 50+ patients per week.
- Maintain 4.0+ units per visit to ensure thorough patient attention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve clinical goals and patient outcomes.
- Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.
- Contribute positively to team culture, bringing energy, solutions, and a growth mindset.
- Meet performance targets and qualify for monthly bonus opportunities.
Qualification, Licensure, Experience:
- Completion of state board examination.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license for WA
- Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy outpatient environment.
