The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will be skilled in all s tations of the kitchen line and capable of leading operations in the Sous Chef’s absence. This role requires a hands-on leader who m aintains high culinary standards while supporting and mentoring fellow team members. Primary Responsibilities: Proficiently cook and manage every station on the line. Assist and support other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Oversee and run the line when the Sous Chef is unavailable. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation. Ensure food quality meets company standards while staying within budget. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting. Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture. Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times . Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line or Lead Cook in a high-volume kitchen. Strong leadership and communication skills .
