Fitness Facility Manager NF-03.

Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the management and operation of a Fitness Facility up to 8,060 sq ft. Continually assess facility requirements and develop plans and specifications for projects to augment or replace fitness and sports facilities. Review directives from higher levels of authority and prepare implementing SOPs and update regulatory guidance. Oversee the inventory of property and fitness equipment, tracking maintenance, repair, or replacement as appropriate. Qualifications Directly related work experience in planning, supervising, administering, or carrying out a sports program with a variety of individual and team sports. Experience guiding participants in developing skills for sports participation and teaching techniques of various sports. Resume must be two pages or less and demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities. Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a related field such as physical education or kinesiology. Completion of MWR Sports and Fitness Administration Course and Lifeguard Management. Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, and a nationally recognized basic fitness trainer certification.
