This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the property remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management with specific expertise in the nuances of trailer parks and mobile home communities. This position is essential for maintaining high occupancy rates, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and upholding the highest standards of service delivery. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of community operations, including rent collection, lease administration, and enforcement of community rules and regulations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any safety or aesthetic concerns promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and coordinating maintenance requests efficiently. Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate repairs or improvements to common areas and individual units as needed. Implement strategies to maintain high resident satisfaction and minimize turnover within the community. Prepare and manage the community budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met. Organize and facilitate community events and activities to build a sense of belonging among residents. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar property management role, specifically within the manufactured housing or trailer park sector. Strong knowledge of property management principles, including lease enforcement, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors. Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to emergencies with professionalism and decisiveness.
