Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly desired
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Eagerness to work with a diverse student population
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with patience and positivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
• Deliver consultative and push-in services as needed
