Network Administrator II

STM Associates has been retained by an energy company to find a Network Administrator II for their office located in Farmington, New Mexico* *This is an onsite position, so candidates must either currently live in the area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available. PURPOSE Provide independent, mid-level administration, support, and enhancement of the enterprise network infrastructure. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and connectivity across multiple sites. Assist with the design, implementation, and upgrade of network systems, circuits, and services under the guidance of senior staff. Support redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies for network services. Monitor network performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring and logging tools; review and analyze logs as required. Maintain accurate network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and change records. Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot network circuits, hardware, and services. QUALIFICATIONS Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments Working knowledge of routing, switching, firewall administration, and VPN technologies Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, or comparable vendors Familiarity with LAN/WAN, WLAN, remote access, and network security concepts **Only qualified candidates will be contacted** #J-18808-Ljbffr
