RN Supervisor

Facility: Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Position: RN Supervisor Location: Uniondale, NY Shift: Full-Time - 3pm-11pm Salary: $55/hour About the Role: Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing our nursing department’s daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance. Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care. Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in New York State. Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
