Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banker organization, you will be based in Whiteford, Maryland. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and education on technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, driving satisfaction and loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, and participate in efficient branch daily operations. Key Expectations Customer Focused – leverage customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in business decisions. Managing Risk – assess and manage risks to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Candidates will undergo background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on performance.
