Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Open to remote candidates in the US
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM CST
The Sr Program Manager Consultant will resolve complex and challenging problems to advance ongoing SAP/ERP projects and provide the important link between project management, the project team, and executive management.
In this role, you will serve as a leaders' counselor, directing, advising, and making decisions on information technology/ERP activities for a large team.
You will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve schedule constraints, funding limitations, and risk management for the project.
Other duties include:
- Partner with the project planning team to resolve impediments to success.
- Plan and implement process improvements.
- Provide consultation to management stakeholders on assigned projects.
- Organize project teams to address issues that arise.
- Monitor the cost and timetable of ongoing projects and provide solutions to obstacles that may arise.
- Provide specialist insight and resolutions for challenges facing the successful implementation of projects.
- Handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related work experience.
2 INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY OR ONSITE IF CANDIDATE IS LOCAL.
