Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Fort Myers. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and importing employee payroll time on a daily basis for approximately 60-90 employees. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience and a strong background in accounting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and review daily employee time entries for accuracy
- Import payroll data into the payroll system on a daily basis
- Assist with processing payroll for 60-90 employees
- Verify timecards, hours worked, and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounting and administrative functions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related data
- Communicate with employees and supervisors regarding time and payroll issues
- Previous payroll experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in accounting and/or administrative support preferred
- Ability to manage daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
